Terms and Conditions


These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Craftsman Limited via
this website.

The website is governed by the following terms and conditions; they do not
affect your statutory rights. Craftsman Limited is based in the UK and trades
under UK law and regulations.

Any order placed by you for goods advertised on our website is an offer by
you to purchase the goods selected in your order. No contract exists between
you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and
accepted it (which we may do at our discretion).

The contract is subject to your right of cancellation.

We may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to
future sales.

If there is anything which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain
further information, please contact us.

Description of the goods

We take care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite
this, variations in items will occur.

Natural Materials such as Wood and Stone

By the very nature of the materials and craftsmanship used to create the
items, each piece is likely to be unique in appearance, colour and finish.
Dimensions may be +/- 4 CM from the sizes provided. To avoid disappointment,
please bear this in mind when measuring your space and ordering furniture.


All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT to retail customers.

If Buyer is a non-UK resident, VAT will not be charged, although Buyer
will bear responsibility for any local import charges and taxes levied in
Buyer's country of residence.

Delivery Charges:

The price of an item does not include the delivery charge, which will
depend on the delivery method you choose.

Additional charges may apply if Buyer is out of Seller’s servicing

Incorrect Prices:

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time
of placing your order. However mistakes can be made. If we have under priced
an item we will contact you and offer you the following options:

  • placing a new order at the correct price for those goods;
  • cancelling your order;

If you do not choose one of these options within 14 days, your order will
be cancelled. If any payment has been made by you, you will be credited back
to your original payment method.

Goods unavailable:

All orders are subject to availability.

If within 14 days of accepting your order we find that the goods are
unavailable, we will contact you and advise that we may cancel your order and
refund or re-credit you within 7 working days. The refund will be credited
back to your original payment method.


Payment methods: Online bank transfer, valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard
or American Express), Google® Checkout, cleared personal cheque and Paypal®
are accepted.

Buyer is liable for additional fees resulting from the Buyer’s payment

We have the right to cancel your order if the price of the goods is not
received from you in cleared funds.

Delivery Lead Times

When you place an order you will be given an estimated lead time for
delivery. This estimate is not binding and shall not be a condition of any
contractual obligation with you.

We cannot accept any liability for any loss, injury, damage or expense as
a result of or consequent to any delay in the delivery of goods. Delay due to
circumstances outside our control shall not entitle you to cancel any order
or refuse to accept delivery. Offers for delivery from stock are made subject
to goods remaining unsold on receipt of order.

Access to Deliver

Access and exit by delivery vehicles may be required. It is your
responsibility to inform us of any access restrictions that may affect our
ability to deliver the goods. Parking or unloading space should be organized
by you.

Parking must be within close and safe proximity to the delivery address.
Any charges or claims for damages and liability wholly and regardless of how
such damages and liability arise by deliveryDeSeller compliance with the
Buyer delivery instructions. Failed deliveries are chargeable at the full
rate charged by Seller.

We will store ordered furniture at no extra charge for two weeks after its
arrival into our warehouse. If a delivery date is arranged for after this
time we reserve the right to charge 5% per week of the total order value as a
storage fee until you have the goods delivered.


All our goods are guaranteed for one year, on condition that each item is
cared for in accordance with the advice contained on our website or provided
with the product.

Should an item arrive faulty, we will automatically offer either a
replacement or a full refund. We reserve the right to repair an item rather
than replace it where necessary.

Where appropriate we will repair the item free of charge during this term
or will replace the piece at our discretion if we believe this is

Please note natural materials do vary and can change over time:

  • By the very nature of the materials and craftsmanship used to create
    the items, each piece is likely to be unique in appearance, colour and
  • Dimensions may be +/- 4 CM from the sizes provided.
  • Wood is a natural product and movement can occur in the home. Changing
    temperatures can cause the wood to shrink or expand. Placing a piece of
    furniture up against a radiator will exaggerate this and may cause
    movement and in some cases slight cracking so we recommend not placing
    any solid wood product next to a heat source.
  • Stone and granite can crack or fissures may appear over time.

So we cannot be held responsible for the natural changes that may take
place in products made from natural materials.


You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods of any
shortage, damage, defect in quality or conditions of the product.

Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe may result in the
cancellation of your right to reject, return or have the defects remedied
without extra charges.


In the event that you are not entirely satisfied you are entitled to
cancel this contract provided that you exercise your right in writing within
7 days of receiving the goods provided the goods are in perfect resalable
condition and in the original packaging. We will issue a full refund within
30 days.

If the goods are not in a fully resaleable condition we reserve the right
to refuse a refund.

If the goods are not faulty the cost of returning them is your
responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our

If the original packaging has not been retained we will charge a
restocking fee of 20% of the total order value.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalized, made to
measure bespoke pieces unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing
